林
亮廷 香港理工大学医疗科技与信息学系，先进转化医学和核医学研究实验室负责人。研究方向为肿瘤核治疗及细胞应激反应研究。林教授毕业于台湾阳明大学核子医学与分子生物学专业，并于台北荣民总医院完成博士后研究，曾任国际制药公司仁新医药高级研发科学家。担任多个国际权威学会（如ASTRO、SNMMI、AACR）成员，长期从事“肿瘤核医学诊疗一体化”研究与应用，尤其在放射性药物开发领域。
报告摘要：
Theranostic nuclear medicine represents a transformative approach in modern healthcare, integrating diagnostic imaging and targeted therapy to enable personalized treatment strategies. This paradigm leverages the same molecular target for both diagnosis and therapy, utilizing multi-modal radiopharmaceuticals labeled with imaging and therapeutic radionuclides. Perspectives on theranostics highlight its potential to revolutionize oncology, particularly in treating metastatic and therapy-resistant diseases.
This presentation intends to provide an overview for the historical development of thernostic nuclear medicine. Theranostic nuclear medicine embodies precision medicine, offering tailored solutions that enhance diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic efficacy. As research progresses, this approach promises to expand into non-oncologic domains, solidifying its role as a cornerstone of next-generation medical care.
